CaTrap CaTrap is a customaction for MS Outlook Rules Wizard and MS Exchange Inbox Assistant.CaTrap extracts automatically the information from message fieldsimmediately when a new message arrives in inbox. CaTrap can exportextracted information to delimited file, or store it in Outlook ContactFolder (or other folders) or Personal Address Book entry. You can simplydefine template which tells how to extract message fields (such as thesender's information, subject, body, delivery time, ...) or theirsegments and how to store extracted information. I.e. emails sent fromweb form can be treated by CaTrap and the information storedautomatically in Outlook Contact folder in standard fields (such as Fullname, E-mail address, Mail address, ...) or user defined fields. Youneed not anymore reenter information that are included in an incomingmessage. ..
