This list tracks all changes that you make to your web site and displays them as "to do items". Each to do item corresponds to a certain file that you have created, updated, deleted or renamed. In order to put these changes online, you simply click on Start. The Homepage Upper uploads all files that you have created or updated (and also creates directories if necessary) and deletes any obsolete file on the server. You need not do anything by hand!In order to avoid undesired files getting onto your server, any file types flagged for bypassing are ignored by the Homepage Upper. You can even mark to do items as "do not upload already" if - for example - you want a news to be published online only in a few days.When someone visits your site while you update it, you might worry that he/she could find incomplete pages, for example a page whose graphics have not been uploaded, yet. However, the Homepage Upper prevents this problem by giving each to do item a specific priority. Therefore, for example, graphic files are uploaded earlier than html pages that refer them.
