OurAgenda, Easy to use Palm OS event manager Enter events easily Entering events in OurAgenda is easy:
  • New events can be entered by providing a few essential fields.
  • Events can also be imported to OurAgenda automatically through Import from Contact function. This function will import any Birthdays and Anniversaries you have defined in the contacts using custom fields.
  • Events can also be Imported through text files defined using a simple format. Some text files with holiday events around the world are supplied with the program and more can be downloaded from our site.
    • View Events Many different ways OurAgenda provides many ways of viewing events.
  • Events can be viewed for a Single Profile or All Profiles .
  • Events can be viewed for a Single type or All types .
  • Event lists on the main screen gives an overview of all events in database with ICONs that helps quickly identify event types.
  • Through buttons, events can also be view for Next Week or Next Month.
  • Heading customized specific to the types of event e.g. Age for Birthday, and Year for anniversary .
    • Manage Events for many people Multi-profile support in OurAgenda helps you manage events for yourself, family members, and group members easily.
  • Events can be entered to many profiles at the same time.
  • Profiles can be created and deleted very easily.
  • View events support viewing events for different profiles on the same screen.
    • Export events Currently, OurAgenda support beaming events through IR to another PDA device in vCalendar format. Purge/Delete Options
  • Past events can be deleted for any profile using the purge option. Select the purge option, check the items from the past event list, and tap on purge.
  • Temparary Profiles created for managing events for temporarily for any guest or group member can be deleted, and the events associated with it will be automatically removed.
