Terrapin Graphics Lite Terrapin Graphics is a traditional 'turtle graphics' program using syntax derived from the Logo programming language. Though this concept is in no way new, we developed this program to provide pupils with a user-friendly interface in which to develop their understanding of computer control.In the United Kingdom pupils are required to study computer control at Key Stage 3 and 4 as part of the National Curriculum in Information Communication Technology. In most GCSE courses the syllabus requires pupils to demonstrate skills in controlling a screen image in order to develop the skills in writing sequences of instructions to control an object.
